Terms and Conditions

Rates include: American buffet breakfast, VAT, taxes and service charges.
Other services and amenities included are depending on the special offer and the type of room booked (Standard, Executive, Junior Suite).

Terms of cancellation and penality:

Motorbike Expo, Salone Italiano del Golf, Elettroexpo e Modelexpo, MetalRiciclo e Metef, Eurocarne, Classical Music World, Automotive Dealer Day, Verona Fil, Mineral Show: cancellation allowed up to 2 days prior the arrival date without penalty. In case of late cancellation or no-show, first night penalty will be charged.

Progetto Fuoco, Abitare il Tempo: cancellation allowed up to 7 days prior the arrival date without penalty. In case of late cancellation or no-show, the first night will be charged.

Fiera Cavalli: cancellation allowed up to 10 days prior the arrival date without penalty. In case of late cancellation or no-show, first night penalty will be charged.

Vinitaly, Solarexpo and Greenbuilding, Marmomacc: cancellation allowed up to 15 days prior the arrival date without penalty. In case of late cancellation or no-show, the full booking will be charged. For early departures or reductions the Managment may be entitled to charge the full amount of the booking. Minimum stay: 2 nights.

* The reservation of the shuttle bus is required within 15 days before the arrival date.
